Xavier School in NUVALI

Mid September 2016, we spent the entire day in XSN (Xavier School NUVALI). I had the privilege of meeting some parents of children who were already enrolled in Xavier. I was amazed to learn that over a thousand students were currently enrolled in this prestigious school. XSN opened only in 2012, it offers a K12 curriculum which includes the core Chinese language program and Jesuit formation that are trademarks of a Xavier education.

Campus is located in a 15-hectare property right in the center of NUVALI, Ayala Land's large-scale eco-community in Laguna.

The campus master plan and school facilities were designed on sustainability principle. The buildings use eco-friendly materials and fixtures, natural and energy-efficient lighting, and a rainwater collection and recycling system.

More significantly, learning spaces are designed to develop 21st century skills, classrooms and activity areas are equipped with the proper IT infrastructure letting students access world of resources, this is in line with the school's "One2One" computer-based approach that promotes self-directed learning. So why was Avida within the walls of XSN weeks ago? It's because we wanted more people to know about our wonderful, residential projects in NUVALI, pre-selling and existing communities alike. To show the advantages of having a home near the school and that Xavier is growing alongside the Avida Land community. We wanted to connect with parents with young families who are looking for an accessible and nearby place to call home.
